Lyn Ashworth's 2018 'Daydreamer' Dress Collection
Taking inspiration from texture and light and the ways in which they impact one another, Lyn Ashworth's latest collection for 2018 literally feels enveloped in dream-like qualities. Reinterpreting the brand's signature sophisticated aesthetic, prepare to be dazzled by gorgeous textures and decadent ruffles, finished off with a healthy dose of twinkles and tulle. Featuring everything from hand appliqued three-dimensional embellishments to delicate beaded lace, we see the collection put a wonderfully modern take on classic vintage style. Whilst playing with various intricate elements, the collection also experiments with colour, offering the opportunity to have the dresses not only in ivory and champagne but a beautiful soft blush pink too.
When speaking of the collection, Sarah Barrett, the creative director at Lyn Ashworth explains 'we are surrounded by texture and light. Different light can portray a different texture and a different texture can portray a different light. As the sun rises it creates the daydream effect and as that small window of the golden hour is upon you, your imagination is transported to a moonlight place.'

Champagne Blush Gown
