When you start planning a wedding you've got so much to think about, venue budget, invites and of course wedding suppliers. WeddingPlanner.co.uk is here to help you plan and book your wedding. We wanted to make it easier for you to find wedding suppliers in your area for the budget that suits you. You can then book and pay for your suppliers all in one place.
SO HOW HAVE YOU MADE IT EASIER TO FIND WEDDING SUPPLIERS?
We've got hundreds of suppliers across all wedding categories, in one place. It's easy to find what you're looking for using our search engine. Search by the location and date of your event and then compare suppliers by prices, customer feedback, pictures and samples.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ENQUIRY?
Easy. Just fill in the Contact Form to the right on any supplier profile or click on “Get Quote” on the listing page. It's FREE and your enquiry goes straight to the supplier you want to contact. You will not be inundated with emails from our providers. Your contact details will not be shared with any other site.
CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR A SUPPLIER?
Of course you can - we want you to help the next couple that are wedding planning and welcome you to leave feedback on the any of the suppliers you have used.
WHAT’S THIS NEW BOOKING SYSTEM ALL ABOUT?
We are the only platform in the UK that enables you to book and pay for your suppliers online. Many venues and suppliers do not accept card payments externally. On WeddingPlanner.co.uk you can now book and pay for all your suppliers on card (including amex). With flexible payment terms, bookings all in one place and support from the team if you have any last minute emergencies, this is the only platform you need when it comes to booking your wedding. If you want to use the booking system to pay for suppliers who aren’t listed on the site just let us know and we can get that set up for you.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY PROFILE AND RECEIVE ENQUIRIES FROM POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS?
Once you have registered with WeddingPlanner.co.uk, every aspect of your profile can be managed through the supplier dashboard including personal details, payment details and all other aspects of your profile. Please keep your login details secret.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It costs £10.00 to register and create your profile. Depending on your category you either only pay for enquiries you receive from potential customers or you pay at set monthly amount. The price varies per category. Please see the supplier sign up page for pricing details.
CAN I LIMIT THE NUMBER OF ENQUIRIES I’M PREPARED TO RECEIVE?
Yes. You control how many enquiries you are willing to receive per week. You can manage this and change it at any time in the supplier dashboard. Once you have reached your maximum number of weekly enquiries, you will no longer show up in the listings until the following week. Remember if you don’t receive any enquiries on the pay-per-enquiry model then there is no cost.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH MY WEBSITE URL & CLICKS?
We offer all suppliers the option of including their own personal website URL in their profile. This may be of interest for SEO reasons or purely because you would like to push more relevant traffic to your website. For pricing details please see the table on the supplier sign up page as you will be charged for clicks to your own personal website if you are on the pay-per-enquiry model. Like the enquiry system you can set how many you are prepared to receive each week. No click = no cost. Please note the URL clicks are completely optional and can be turned on and off whenever you choose.
HOW FREQUENTLY WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed every time you have built up a spend of £15.00 based on the number of enquiries and clicks you have received. Your card details are held off-site through STRIPE, our third-party payment facility. If you are on the subscription model then are you billed monthly on 1st of every month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN ENQUIRY THAT IS NOT A GENUINE OPPORTUNITY?
If you receive an invalid enquiry you can mark it in the supplier dashboard or in the enquiry email which you receive. Wedding Planner will then review the enquiry and if it is found to be invalid, will ensure that you are not charged for the enquiry.
WHAT IS CLASSED AS AN INVALID ENQUIRY? • An enquiry that does not contain accurate contact details • An enquiry in a region that you have not selected as a region that you cover. • An enquiry with a budget outside of what you have specified in your profile • If the enquiry is clearly SPAM
HOW DOES THE REVIEW SYSTEM WORK?
If a customer decides to leave a review and a star rating, you will have 48hours to challenge the review if you disagree with the reviewer’s comments. Wedding Planner will then investigate the review and form a decision on the legitimacy of the review. If a review has not been challenged after 48 hours, then the review and rating will become live.
WHAT IS THIS NEW BOOKING SYSTEM ALL ABOUT?
For the first time in the UK, you can now take bookings from couples through WeddingPlanner.co.uk. All you need to do is enroll for the booking system in your dashboard. Once you agree a booking with a couple, you use our contract creator to create the contract and invoice. You set the payment terms and then the couple can pay straight away by card (including amex). This new system offers more flexibility and security to couples while helping you to save time on your admin and bring you more business.
WHAT IF WEDDING PLANNER ISN'T FOR ME?
We understand that this platform won’t be for everyone but the great thing is you can give it a try and you have nothing to lose.
