3 Gorgeous Autumn Colour Palettes

The nights are drawing in, there’s a chill in the air and the leaves have started to change to a glorious mix of orange, yellow and red hues. Autumn is a fabulous season to get married and there’s so much inspiration to be taken from the nature around us. Today we look at 3 of our favourite colour palettes for our gorgeous Autumn brides.

Mustard Seed

Wedding Palette - Mustard Seed

Moving from the bright yellow’s of spring/summer, mustard is the perfect choice for bringing a beautiful earthy feel to your wedding day. It works well teamed with rustic elements such as, wooden tree slices or you could even add a vintage touch with lace table runners, brown vintage suitcases and mismatched glass jars. If you’re looking to add more of a splash more colour to your wedding style, mustard looks stunning with bright pinks and greens and makes for a fabulous fiesta twist.

Bronzed Beauty

This look is a more modern take on the beautiful and popular rustic theme. Swap hessian table runners for sequins and add an abundance of jars and candles sticks, for a glamourous autumn affair. Copper, bronze and gold mixed with gorgeous botanical inspired blooms, creates a sophisticated colour palette and for those DIY brides out there, spray paint would work a treat for this look. Collect unusual shaped vases, vintage jars and candle sticks and give them a stunning metallic facelift with a spray of bronze paint.

Purple Rain

Wedding Palette - Purple Rain

With the colour of the year being Radiant Orchid, the Autumn months are just perfect for this juicy, deep plum colour palette. You can go glam, vintage or rustic with this versatile hue, as it works so well with metallics, muted tones and earthy textures. Still going strong is the mismatched bridesmaid trend and this colour palette lends itself to that perfectly, from dusky pink to deep berry, your maids will look gorgeous in a shade that suits them.
