The happy couple, Amy and Simon, chose the gorgeous One Marylebone Hotel as their venue for their wedding day. The couple made sure their amazing photographer, Damion Mower, was on hand to capture the most intimate and precious moments of the day in all of their realness and beauty.
One Marylebone truly looked breath taking. The high ceiling added depth to the room that translated into a dramatic and beautiful backdrop for the wedding photographs. In addition the music organ situated directly behind the aisle acted as the perfect feature to anchor the room together and add a touch of gold metallic that fitted perfectly in the pink and green colour scheme. The large open space fitted perfectly with the warm and welcoming feel of the big day.
Intricate decorations, floral displays, and expert pink lighting really enhanced the venue and transformed it into the couples own for their big day. White roses with green and wooded accents gave a traditional feel with a twist and stayed on point with the pretty trends dominating the wedding industry as well as complimenting the green colour scheme of the ball room.
Amy’s family own an events planning company and did an amazing job with lighting that really stole the show regarding the decorations. The pink lighting added an eye catching edge whilst at the same time creating a romantic, fairy tale atmosphere that encompassed the whole room. The expert lighting also included decorative round designs projected onto the bare spaces on the walls which created gorgeous features to look at instead of an empty space.
When it came to the fashions of the big day, Amy and Simon opted for traditional styles with the groom and groomsmen in tradition tailcoats with silvery blue accents. The bride wore a stunning white gown with a beautiful cinched waist detail and intricate beading on the shoulders. The bridesmaids wore beautiful fitted, light peach satin, knee length dresses that complimented the flowers and colour scheme of the big day. Lastly, Amy and Simons adorable son Ely stole the show in an adorable fitted white shirt and the cutest smart bronze trousers.
Beauty wise, Amy looked elegant and beautiful after opting for a classic, timeless look with a bronze eye and nude lip. For her hair, Amy went for a simple but beautiful up do that really showed off her gorgeous vail and its stunning detail. The elegant theme was carried through to the jewellery where Amy chose to accessorize with simple hanging pearl earrings and a matching bracelet. In addition, Amy’s vail had a gorgeous silver hairband attached in the style of a branch that added extra glam to the look.
