Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure that the day is special for the bride and groom. Superb catering and excellent table service. A very picturesque location ensures great photo backdrops to capture wonderful memories.

We got married at Coltford Mill in October 2017 and wow, what a day it was!
We were blown away by the service we received from Jo, Jenny, Jan and the team; from the planning stage to the wedding day itself.
We fell in love with Coltsford Mill immediately when Jo showed us around the venue a year before our wedding day. We saw a few venues in Surrey, and no one else gave us the welcome, tour and time quite like Coltsford Mill did. The team invited us back for suppliers days, a wedding tasting event and a pre-wedding meeting too, which, not only helped enormously with our planning, but also kept up the momentum and excitement as we geared up for the main event.
The team showed such devotion in creating our perfect day. We had a vision for how the wedding venue might look on the day: not only did the team meet it, but they exceeded it with such attention to detail. This was particularly impressive given they had a wedding the day before ours - if we hadn’t been told this, we genuinely wouldn't have known another wedding had just happened!
Our friends and family loved Coltsford Mill and we have received so many comments about how great the day was.
All in all, we were so impressed with the service and the welcome Coltford Mill gave us throughout the whole wedding prep. We always felt like our wedding was special to the team, even though they manage so many weddings through the year.

We would like to thank everyone at Coltsford Mill for everything they did that made our day unforgettable. From the beginning they handled everything and the communication was brilliant. Their experience is invaluable and they had thought of everything (Jenny even making sure I had a sandwich before I went in for the ceremony and making sure I didn't get it down my dress!!). Jenny and Jan were on hand for the whole day handling timings and making sure everything was going to plan! The venue itself is very tranquil and picturesque which all our guests commented on; we were able to get some beautiful photos of the day. The food was delicious and they catered for some very specific dietary needs. The staff gave us the opportunity to decorate the venue before the day but we're happy to decorate it for us with our instructions. Making the day even better, they packed everything away for us in boxes and all we had to do was collect them in the morning. I couldn't recommend this venue enough, especially the staff who were so accommodating, experienced and enthusiastic!
