The recently restored Cotswold stone barn venue at Winkworth Farm is located on the edge of the beautiful Cotswold's near the charming market town of Malmesbury, amongst 220 acres of organic pastureland. Offering total exclusivity, guests are guaranteed a warm welcome from the Newman family.
The venue is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in a number of locations. The Threshing Barn can accommodate 200 seated guests on one level. The Long Barn and the outdoor Cotswold Stone Roundhouse, set within the sunken garden, are both ideal for ceremonies with up to 150 guests. Alternatively, if you have your heart set on a church service, Malmesbury Abbey accepts couples from outside the local parish.
The indoor ceremony area is separate to the main barn where the wedding breakfast is held. Partitions are placed between the ceremony room and the main barn to minimise distractions during the ceremony.
To create your wedding breakfast, we offer a fantastic selection of catering companies who are all passionate about British cuisine and using the best local produce available.
On-site bed and breakfast accommodation is available for up to eight overnight guests. The Farmhouse boasts three double rooms and the Courtyard Barn is the perfect retreat for two.
