We got married at The Oak Barn on Sunday and we literally had the BEST day ever. The venue, including the accommodation cottages, are absolutely stunning and everything was perfect for our big day. Tim and Deana were amazing throughout the whole planning process - especially as we had to postpone multiple times due to Covid. We wish we could do it all again and we would pick The Oak Barn over and over without any doubts. Thank you Tim and Deana for everything!

We got married at The Oak Barn in July 2021 and it couldn't have possibly been a better day! The Oak Barn and the Byre are so beautiful and the surrounding space is so so perfect. Tim, Deana and the team were great too - always a prompt response - we both felt so looked after and extremely lucky we found it.

Outstanding wedding service! Where do I start?! We were due to get married at a different venue last year but due to Covid, we ended up in a position where we had to start from scratch. We found The Oak Barn, Frame Farm through Google and from the first email they were so accommodating. They completely understood the awful situation we now found ourselves in and put our minds at ease that they would not leave us in the same position if our wedding had to be cancelled again. They allowed us to visit the venue as many times as we'd like which was extremely useful, especially in the 3-4 months leading up to the wedding. Any question I had would always be answered quickly - they were also very happy to accommodate a new supplier that wasn't part of their usual list.
Our wedding fell within the four weeks that weddings were uncapped with guest numbers but still had Covid restrictions and from the moment of the Government announcement, they were transparent and communicative about what we could and couldn't do, helping to put our minds at ease.
We stayed in the cottages the night before and the night of the wedding which were beautiful. We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in the newest cottage which has been refurbished to the highest standard. We would definitely stay here as a holiday! The venue is absolutely stunning and Tim, Deana and the rest of the team were friendly, professional and so accommodating at every stage. We feel very lucky (especially compared to our previous venue!) that we found them and were able to get married here - we had the most perfect day. Thank you for everything!

We first saw The Oak Barn in 2019 and knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding ceremony and reception. It is such a beautiful venue and setting offering so much flexibility with the two barns and accommodation on site. Deana and Tim were so understanding when we had to postpone twice due to restrictions. Their communication with us has always been really prompt and informative. We finally had our micro wedding this summer in The Byre and it was fabulous! The day ran so smoothly and we cannot wait for our original weekend plans to happen next year. Thank you!

After many covid-related postponements we finally married at The Oak Barn on a cold windy May day. The Byre was the perfect setting for the happiest of celebrations! We couldn't have asked for more. The setting was idyllic, the decor and finish of the barn conversions is second to none and the help and attention we received from Deana, Tim and Polly was fantastic. Through all the trials and tribulations of the preceding year they were patient and helpful, making supportive suggestions and keeping us calm. We started and finished the day in their gorgeous accommodation which is so well planned, comfortable and superbly equipped. This is a five star wedding venue - we are returning next year for a big party when we will celebrate with all our family and friends in The Oak Barn. We can't wait!

A micro wedding under Covid restrictions planned and organised in 6 weeks. Frame Farm was perfect for even our mini micro and secret wedding! We eloped .. not to Gretna Green .. but to the beautiful stunning area that is Iden Green in Kent. Our hosts and owners of Frame Farm, Tim and Deana Maw, could not have been more accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. The Byre is jaw dropping in its design and setting. Fabulous views out to the country scenes with the pond and its bridge and jetty... romantic and very intimate. It rained so the large log barn was used for photos and our convertible car was decorated in there. So many wonderful photo opportunities with such a variety of picturesque areas to be utilised. THANKFULLY WE CHOSE OUR PERFECT WEDDING TO BE HERE AT FRAME FARM

I can't praise the Oak Barn at Frame Farm highly enough. My partner and I were due to be Married there in 2020. We’ve had to change our plans and dates multiple times due to lockdowns and travel restrictions.
Repeatedly postponing a Wedding has been frustrating, but it's been made so much easier by Deana, Tim and Polly, whose communication, efficiency, kindness, patience and support have been tireless. We haven't had our Wedding yet, but wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant the team have been and how wonderful the venue is.
For the past year, we’ve been living down the road from the Oak Barn, and you can't help but gawp at this beautifully renovated, lovingly cared-for farm whenever you pass by. Every Season compliments the farm in its own way - the lambs in the Spring, the sunsets in the Summer (right over one of their fields), the colours in the Autumn, and the underfloor heating, wood-burner and fairy-lights wound around the old, oak-beams make it a magical Winter venue. It's a 5min walk to one of the best pubs in the area (The Bull - live music and pies), it's surrounded by footpaths through ancient woodland and 'areas of outstanding natural beauty', and Weavers Cottages and the Venue buildings and kitted out with everything you'd need to accommodate the perfect celebration or get-away.
We’re very grateful to the Oak Barn team, and are so looking forward to celebrating our Wedding with them later this year.
