We had the best day ever at the Coach House for our wedding in October. Lisa and the team insisted that we’d be able to have our wedding outside in the garden and they were right! The whole team were great for helping us with all the preparations. It’s the perfect venue if you want to be creative and they allowed us to do everything we wanted.
I just wanted to say a special thanks to Chloe, who was our wedding day coordinator. I believe it was her first wedding in charge and she did an absolutely fantastic job!

We got married at the Coach House, Marks Hall on the 1st july and it was the happiest day of our life. The setting is absolutely stunning and the facilities are spot on, but alongside this, what made the Coach House such a wonderful venue were the amazing staff. The Wedding team at the Coach House made sure absolutely everything ran smoothly from the moment of booking two years ago to the big day itself. We met many of the lovely coordinators who we really couldn't have planned a Wedding without, a special thanks to lovely Jenae who was our coordinator on the day and made everything run smoothly, to Clare and Lisa who were always at the end of an email helping us out with everything from small touches to the really important things, and to Sam the bar manager at the Coach house who let us request our favourite drinks and was a laugh on the day. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend getting married at beautiful Marks Hall, a truly beautiful setting which I have been visiting since childhood.

I really don't know what I can write to praise Marks Hall enough for everything they did for us for our wedding last month. Clare, Lisa, Sam and Adam made us feel so welcome and so at ease here that we just knew our wedding would be perfect. We had a really difficult few months leading up to the wedding and they were amazing with us. People did not stop telling us all day what a great time they were having, and how delicious the food was. Even now people are still telling us that our wedding was amazing and that was in large part down to you guys. Lisa we really do appreciate everything you did for us and we can not thank you enough. You made a really difficult and stressful time for us so much easier, as we knew we had nothing to worry about with the venue and food which with everything else going on was a welcome relief. Marks Hall will most definitely be the first place we recommend in the future!!

I can not begin to thank The Coach House enough!! They were amazing through out the whole of our time planning our big day! They were so flexible and helpful, letting us into the Coach House to trial our set up, lending us items and generally understanding our vision for our special day and helping us to achieve that. The grounds at Marks Hall are one of the best around Essex for photo opportunities too! If you go with their contracted caterers Limeberry you will not be disappointed! I'm a massive foodie and their food was exceptional, presented so beautifully and again they were really flexible and open to our ideas when it came to being creative with our evening food. Our day was so so perfect!!!! The venue is outstanding and most of our wedding guests had never been there before so were totally wowed when walking behind then gazebo and seeing the gorgeous lake and land. It was helped by the absolutely stunning weather too!! Lisa was incredible leading up to the day and was patient with my hundreds of emails!!! Jemma made me feel so at ease on the day and loads of my guests mentioned how lovely and accommodating she was!! She regularly made me sit down and take a moment which helped me take everything in. Genuinely can't thank you all enough! Best venue ever!

This is the most adorable venue, we fell in love with it as soon as we clapped eyes on it. So beautiful yet so relaxed, a true romantic wonderland <3 The staff are amazing, Clare is fantastic and Louise is so sweet and couldn't do enough to help us. This really means so much in making it perfect for us and making so many happy memories. It's so amazing that we can return when we like to visit the grounds at Marks Hall and reminisce xxxxx

What can I say? I fell in love with venue from the moment I saw it. It is truly beautiful and is only made better by the coordinator Lisa. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect! Start to finish she made sure that everything went smoothly and even drove one of our ill guests home! We photographed a wedding here last week , really really impressed at not just how amazing the venue is (the gardens are just stunning ) but how lovely the staff are who really do care about their couples, they are really relaxed , and are a lot more flexible than other venues in the area ...we highly recommend them
