Hedingham Castle is one of the most unique and romantic wedding venues in England, set in a privately owned estate of 160 acres within stunning Essex countryside. A Norman Keep, a Georgian Mansion House and elegant Ballroom Marquee provide the perfect setting for a magical day or wedding weekend.

Ceremonies at Hedingham Castle, for up to 130 guests, take place in the Banqueting Hall of the 900 year old Norman Castle, in a setting of great beauty and atmosphere.

Receptions can either be held in the Castle itself, maximum 70, or for up to 150 guests in the Hall of the Mansion House and the beautifully appointed Ballroom Marquee on the Tulip Lawn.

The Garden Cottage is provided for the bride to prepare in and for the use of the newlyweds on their first night together. Alternatively, couples can choose to spend their first night in the brand new honeymoon retreat, The Royal Chamber, which is situated inside the Castle itself, featuring stunning original features, colossal four poster bed, double bath and magical views across the countryside.

In a setting of lawns, lakes and woodland, Hedingham Castle is romantic and unique; a timeless place where your memories will last forever.
