We hired two giant tipis plus a wedding yurt from Matt and Lisa for our wedding this weekend. From start to finish the customer service was first class and the tipis incredible. Lisa is an absolute angel who saved the day on really short notice sourcing a generator that I had forgotten to order! There really wasn't anything that was too much hassle for them.
The actual tipis are stunning, even I wasn't fully prepared for how amazing they were and I ordered them �.
Planning a wedding is stressful but working with people like Magical Events makes it that bit easier.

We hired a 2 Hat Tipi from Matt and Lisa for our wedding, from the first phone call they were amazing helping us as much as possible in the build up. When we arrived on the day the tipi had already been set up the day before and was stunning. We had lots of comments from guests about how nice and unique it was. We hired three giant tipis with all of the trimmings from Matt and Lisa for our wedding in June and they were incredible, our guests loved them, they created a wonderful atmosphere, and our pictures look amazing, we'd toyed with marquees but I'm so so glad we went with tipis! Matt and Lisa were always helpful and accommodating, and when our band cancelled with 36 hours notice(!) they also helped us source local bands to save the day...safe to say they go above and beyond! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Lisa & Matt supplied 3 giant top hat Tipi's for our wedding reception held over the August bank holiday weekend. Lisa and Matt were super professional from first contact, they listened and understood our requirements and wishes with great empathy; ensuring that every single request was catered for with a relaxed and extremely trust worthy attitude. Attention to detail was just exquisite, they went above and beyond their duties of 'just supplying the tipis' on the day, there were many added extras that they also took care of in the run up to the day and on the day itself. They ensured the whole operation was slick, clean, professional and extremely organised. The Tipi's looked absolutely breathtaking on the day and more than we ever could have dreamt of. Couldn't thank you enough and they comes highly rated from us!

Just to say a huge thank you for making our wedding day not only what we hoped for and dream of, but so so much more! The tipis looked stunning and so many people commented on how awesome they looked!
Prior to the wedding both via email and meeting them at an open day, Matt and Lisa have been warm, accommodating and genuine people. Always responding promptly to the many emails sent. A last minute panic over us requiring a heater due to a dip in the weather was handled efficiently and sorted with no fuss.
Setting up and taking down was very impressive. Even the guys working for them could have been surly and grunted at you, but they were all chatty and smiling. Little things like speaking nicely to my 10 year old niece who bought them drink and cake meant a lot. No hassle whatsoever which you will appreciate on your big day!
In short:
If you are thinking about having Tipis at your wedding - do it.
If you are thinking about shopping round and looking elsewhere - don't

I cannot recommend Magical Tipis more highly! Matt and Lisa were such a pleasure to work with; always responding quickly to any queries and being hugely flexible with our requests when planning our wedding day. The tipis themselves were absolutely stunning and made the event so special, creating the fun, relaxed and informal atmosphere that we wanted. The setup and takedown of the tents themselves was incredibly efficient - blink and you'd miss it, which would be a shame as the team Matt and Lisa employ are wonderful people too!
