Pippa Middleton's Wedding Reception Details Revealed

By now we've all seen the unbelievably gorgeous images of Pippa Middleton's wedding to James Matthews at St. Marks Church in Englefield this weekend, but what we're all dying to know is the details of their reception. With many anticipating it to be as luxurious and as decadent as they come, the estimated £400,000 wedding definitely did not disappoint.

With the couple opting to have a stunning 140ft glass marquee placed in the garden of Pippa's parent's home, the couple decorated the vast space with an enchanted forest theme, with numerous trees inside the marquee decked out with purple fibre optic lights. According to The Telegraph, the reception had such tight security photographs of guests had to be send ahead of the wedding and the guests had to have a password in order to enter the reception.

Once inside, an additional 150 guests joined the party and were served their food and drink by a team believed to be models with the food of the day including trout, scottish lamb, haggis and £40,000 worth of Russian caviar according to the Daily Mail. It is believed that the newlyweds made a conscious decision not to sit couples together with no exceptions, meaning even Meghan Markle who had travelled over 3,000 miles to be there couldn't sit with Prince Harry! The table names were chosen to reflect notable places the new Mr and Mrs had been as a couple.

For the ceremony, Pippa changed into a white floor-length Pronovias gown with a v-neck and sparkly details and wore her hair loose and natural.

The venue also had a single malt whiskey bar, a photobooth and a light show beamed onto the back of Bucklebury Manor that must have made for truly spectacular viewing. One of the best decisions they made was to have a ping pong table, as guests had the oppotunity to play a touch of table tennis with the champion himself, Roger Federer.
