Numbers for breakfast are limited to a maximum of 40 guests on a Saturday and 60 guests Sunday to Friday.
Sunset ceremonies take place at 7:30pm at the water's edge and can be followed by drinks around the Roman ruins before moving upstairs for dinner for up to 80 guests on the Terrace followed by dancing in the magnificent Reception Hall with its vaulted ceiling. For larger numbers of up to 160 guests, you could choose a dinner dance in the spectacular Pump Room with its beautiful chandelier and historic spa fountain.
