When booking with Nymans, you can host both your ceremony and post-ceremony drinks & canape reception into the late afternoon with them before moving on for your evening celebrations if you wish.

Licensed to hold wedding ceremonies beneath their soaring arches of their Loggia within the Sunk Garden, you can say ‘I do’ to the person you love at an intimate ceremony, surrounded by rose clad walls and beautiful scenery. After your ceremony, you can relax on the lawns with your loved ones and take in the beautiful views while you capture some unforgettable wedding photos.

One of the benefits of hosting your wedding ceremony in such a unique location such as Nymans is the flexibility to create a completely bespoke day. Whilst perfect for an intimate affair, you could also potentially have an unlimited number of guests seated in the Sunk Garden's secluded lawns. Getting married is the most amazing experience. It is even better when you find somewhere beautiful to hold your ceremony and reception. Nymans was my absolute dream venue; beautiful grounds, buildings and the ability to get married outside. From the very first viewing I knew it was the one. Sophie the wedding co-ordinator was friendly, enthusiastic and really helpful. Sophie made sure that we had all the information and guidance we needed throughout the planning and on our special day. There is nothing I could fault about the venue and when we received our photos there are so many beautiful backdrops with the stunning architecture and grounds. I would give Nymans and full 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone.

We held our ceramony in August 3018 in the beautiful sunken garden at nymans gardens. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and the national trust site feels so much more special than any other venue we looked at in Sussex. Sophie was absolutely fantastic from the moment we first showed interest in Nymans through to the hug and well wishes she gave us as we left on our way to the reception. Having Sophie was like having our own personal wedding planner, she is passionate , knowledgable and ensured our day ran without a hitch! My husband and I got married at Nymans on the 4th August 2018. Like anyone getting married we had many worries and concerns but also a lot of excitement. We were anxiois the weather. If everything would go to plan. Where everyone was supposed to be at the right time. How everything would look on the day when our guests arrived. With Sophie as Nymans wedding planner, there was absolutely no need to worry. An added bonus was that the weather was almost too hot! The Nymans setting was absolutely stunning. Sophie was professional from beginning to end but also very friendly, funny and has a calming way about her. Our day went ahead without a glitch and that's all thanks to Sophie. We would recommend anyone to get married here and along with getting married at the gorgeous Nymans, you get Sophie as your wedding planner. Thank you Sophie and all staff that worked with her to make our day perfect!
