Standon Hall is a luxury wedding venue steeped in Edwardian history close to Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Driven by a desire to immerse couples in the moment, the dedicated team deliver a thoughtful service infused with creativity and innovation. In this enchanting setting where the elegance of old meets contemporary comfort, you are welcomed with open arms to begin your new chapter.

Standon Hall is the only place to say “I do”. With our exclusive use venue, your memories will last forever, your wedding will be the topic of conversation, and your day will be all about you.

Standon Hall is a Grade II listed mansion surrounded by a countryside of contrasts and rural charm. Within this 20th-century property, an array of bright, open spaces alongside incredible backdrops. Host your ceremony before an antique fireplace adorned in fresh florals before enjoying a wedding feast in the Bookends suite. Elsewhere, the Pebbles Suite offers a stylish, eclectic setting for reception drinks. Here, your guests can mingle and sip on signature cocktails at the botanical bar while you take a moment on the stained glass window landing. Outside the venue's impressive facade, the landscaped gardens offer a serene site for exquisite wedding photography or a romantic stroll as the sun sets. Standon Hall is located in the quaint market town of Eccleshall, just 15 minutes away from J15 and J14 on the M6.

We looked around this venue shortly after getting engaged and it wasn’t open for business yet as it was still being created. We knew pretty much straight away it was perfect for us. Carla was friendly and informative from the get-go! Fast forward a few months and we got to see the completed venue and what a venue it is! Beautiful inside and out! The perfect combination of classic and modern. We knew we had made the right decision. Carla, Hayley and Rhys ensured everything was in hand for us until we left the day after we got married. The day ran smoothly and they were always on hand with anything we needed. We had the most perfect day and we really can’t thank you guys enough! We just want to thank you for making our wedding day amazing! From the first time we met with you to discuss prices and options to our wedding day, we were always confident that we had picked the best venue in Staffordshire to have our wedding. Standon Hall wedding venue is unlike anything we had visited in the area, from our first personalised tour in July 2021 when it was still being developed, we loved seeing it change and get better every time we visited, to our perfect day in June 2022. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with the venue, we have had so many compliments. It was lovely getting ready in the bridal suite with my bridesmaids and the groomsmen loved their own groom’s room. The children thoroughly enjoyed the playroom and it kept them entertained all day. The guests particularly loved the gardens to wander in during cocktail hour and the jungle themed bar. Our overnight guests loved the rooms with the luxury bathtubs! Special thanks to Carla and Hayley – Carla has been brilliant emailing back quickly throughout the planning process, answering any questions we had and had some great ideas and tips for the day. Hayley was our wedding coordinator on the day and she was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, she even helped us set up the day before. To the Team at Standon Many thanks for being so welcoming and helpful on Friday when I came to Standon to photograph Zoe and David's wedding. It was my first time at the venue and I was blown away! I love everything about the venue, the "groom's room", kids' chill zone, & the amazing decor, you have thought of everything, that is every photographer's dream! The staff were all lovely and so helpful, Hayley took the time to show me around and offer me refreshments if needed even whilst she was busy and juggling everything going on. The Standon team were amazing throughout, always on hand and you never feel like anything is too much trouble. We had the perfect day at Standon, we couldn’t recommend it enough!

We got married in March 2022 at Standon Hall and we loved every single moment! From the very beginning Carla and the team were an absolute dream to work with, they were so attentive, always willing to go the extra mile and just the loveliest people! They made us feel so special and nothing was too much! The hall and the grounds were breathtaking! All of our guests thought it was the most magical place and we had the most perfect day, with the Standon Hall team there every step of the way! Standon Hall, what can I say!! We booked Standon Hall as our wedding venue in July 2021 for our big day in April 2022. Leaving only 9 months to plan our big day and with a venue that wasn’t quite finished or even open yet! We were kept up to date at all times and allowed to visit whenever we wanted to see the progress and this was a fantastic journey to be a part of! All of the staff at Standon were fabulous from start to finish and were so accommodating. One massive bonus is the venue is dog friendly so our dog was able to be part of my special day. Everyone who attended our wedding said how amazing the venue was and it was a real hit with our suppliers too! Everyone, us included, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Standon Hall to anyone! Thank you all so much for our wedding day on Easter Monday. Standon Hall really turned out to be our dream venue, we couldn't have asked for much more! Everything went perfectly and all of the guests complimented how stunning the venue is! From the grand entrance outside, down to all of the quirky details inside, the Hall really makes a lasting impression and stands out compared to everything else nearby. Even the photographer and videographer were in awe! Every single member of staff has been so helpful and efficient making our planning nice and easy! The advantage of having access to the hall the night prior put my mind at rest as well and I really appreciate you being so helpful. It's hard to put into words how blown away we were with the transformation and hospitality. It has been so exciting to see the venue grow to what it is today, I feel privileged to have been able to see the hard work first-hand! Plus I'm very excited to follow online to see more and more beautiful renovations to come! We really hope to come back again sometime in the future.
