Another Place, The Lake is right on the shores of Ullswater, England’s second largest lake. The hotel has 18 acres of Lake District National Park and a quarter of a mile of private lakeshore. With views towards the lake and fells, our hotel and its surroundings make for an effortlessly romantic backdrop. We have licensed spaces in which you can get married, seating up to 70. There is also the option for you and your guests to have the hotel exclusively to yourselves with marque or tipis in the gardens.
With good food at the heart of Another Place, our chefs will help you curate the menu for your reception, providing options to suit all tastes. We can recommend wines to complement each course and Champagnes to toast. Our weddings are bespoke and we work closely with couples to ensure your day is just right.
