We got married in France, but live in the USA. Needless to say, planning a dream wedding from such a long distance is overwhelming. As soon as I met Helaina (through Skype) I instantly felt relaxed and at ease, because I could tell she understood. She understood what we wanted, the venue, and how to handle all the vendors and the logistics. True to my first impression, Helaina handled it all beautifully on the the wedding day. I didn't worry about a thing, and it all came out PERFECT!!

I can't recommend Helaina enough. She's completely in control and knows exactly what's she's doing. So efficient. I didn't feel the need to hire a planner at first. All I can say is that was a huge mistake on my part! On the day there are so many things that need setting up and organising, (things you don't even think about/consider) and without a planner you are constantly bothered meaning it's difficult to relax! It's a LOT of work, which require someone who knows what they are doing.

With regards to the styling, Helaina is excellent. She has many contacts in the industry, and an excellent eye. She is brimming with creative input and has so many ideas to suit all styles and come up with something unique and special to make the day your own. She has some beautiful props, and has all the right contacts to source anything you need. Again, taking he pressure off you. If you don't know where to start or you already have a clear idea, her input and execution is nothing short of perfection.

Helaina is kind, professional and very good at communicating. I personally found organising a wedding abroad a huge responsibility so my advice to any bride to be would be to hire an expert, someone you can trust to take the burden off you so you can fully enjoy your amazing day. Trust me, it's worth an investment. We are not frivolous with money, so I can confidently say this was such a wise investment.
