Extraordinary Days is a luxury wedding planning firm based in London. We specialise in planning with couples who live abroad or those with many international guests traveling to the UK for their wedding. We love black-tie affairs, full weekends in the country, & days ending with fireworks.

Your wedding day is the event of a lifetime, the greatest party you'll ever host and most importantly, a celebration of your love story. You will be transcending trends, making an entrance like no other, and dancing until dawn. Extraordinary Days is your details designer, strategy-maker, loyal negotiator, etiquette-advisor and supportive confidant throughout your wedding planning journey.

Extraordinary Days was founded by Meghan Fay. Originally from Chicago and now residing in the UK, Meghan is particularly renowned for her fusion of American and British cultures in ways that create remarkable weddings. Combining American innovation, creativity and warmth with a British passion for tradition and luxury, weddings designed by Meghan set the standard for spectacular celebrations.

Since founding Extraordinary Days, her work has been featured throughout leading bridal publications including Perfect Wedding Magazine and Bridal Musings.

We hired Extraordinary Days on a relatively short time scale (less than six months starting from scratch), and as a busy working couple. We had a lot of guests from overseas – including the bride\'s family - with activities to plan for them as well as the big event itself.

Meghan liaised with suppliers on our behalf and through all stages of the process, taking on many tasks that, from speaking with friends, other planners would not handle - from getting appointments when dress makers were turning us down, to checking the venue\'s bill was proper after everyone went to bed. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted, tailoring recommendations such that a vast majority resulted in us saying “yes, perfect!”. She got that we wanted our guests to have a good time and made many suggestions to accommodate that.

She kept us well informed throughout the process. Alerting us what we needed to do when and, importantly, what could wait. Guiding us carefully through all the decisions we needed to make, presenting clear and simple options for each. She kept to the budget we agreed with her for each area of the wedding.

As a result, we didn’t worry about anything; we had confidence she had or would cover any eventuality. The wedding had an individual mark from our input but without us having slaved for a year to achieve that!

We appreciated Meghan\'s excellent organization skills – for herself and us. We were struck by the amount of effort she put in, both during the planning phases and on the day itself. Especially compared with other wedding costs, Extraordinary Days was amazing value for all the work they did and saved us from doing.

We would recommend Extraordinary Days to friends and all in a heartbeat.
