About

I love every aspect of photographing a wedding day, but my speciality is making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, gently directing you to create beautiful, fun, natural photos you will love, and treasure for years to come.

I like to approach wedding day photography with a relaxed, natural style. A wedding is already charged with emotions, excitement and some nerves. With this in mind, my aim is to fit into your day as unobtrusively as possible, and to tell your story as it unfolds, capturing all the candid moments without disturbing them.

When it comes to your couple portraits, this is really the only time that I like to take more creative control. I do this, because I know how difficult it can be to stand in front of a camera and have photos taken! I never put you into awkward poses, but I will gently direct you, to create beautiful, candid style photos, that I know you will love and that show you in your best light.

Sue is so lovely, warm, friendly and personable. We had lots of contact before the wedding which was helpful as we were living in NZ and she was in the UK. She made the whole experience very chilled and relaxed and put us all at ease and helped us plan the timing of things I wouldn’t have known we needed to plan for! She also helped me when I had a minor hair malfunction!! I love our photos - they are so natural and are a perfect memory of the best day ever.
