This exclusive use barn wedding venue features spectacular country house grounds and gardens with far-reaching views over Surrey’s Golden Valley, along with a grand Music Room for ceremonies and banqueting, 13 guest bedrooms, a specialist in-house banqueting team and more.

Cain Manor is the ultimate barn-style wedding venue located close to the border of
Hampshire and Surrey. This unique wedding venue is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies
in the bright Music Room as well as outside under the gazebo. Cain Manor can host up to
123 wedding guests for wedding ceremonies and banquets, and a total of 170 guests for
evening wedding celebrations. Inside, the cosy Library is a perfect space for guests to enjoy
a celebratory drink near a roaring fire during the autumn and winter months, or simply
embrace the views across the country gardens and beyond, during the spring and summer.
A stunning beamed bridal suite and 12 further guest suites are available during your 24-hour
exclusive use hire and on top of a specialist team of Bijou in-house banqueting chefs and
an experienced Wedding Planning Team, couples who choose to get married at Cain Manor will also gain
access to a proprietary online wedding planner, unique to Bijou Weddings, to ensure your day is truly seamless.

We had the most incredible day!! It was amazing from start to finish and couldn’t have asked for anything more. So many of our guests commented on the beautiful venue, how professional and seamless the service was and on the high quality of the food.

Both Tom and I felt like a king and queen for the day, which was fabulous and mostly down to the staff at Cain Manor.

We found working with Bijou a real delight. They are the consummate professional from the moment we first visited the venue to the moment we said 'I do' on Friday 31st March, 2017. They made sure everything was organised and planned well - the online planner was incredibly useful and straight-forward and really put us at ease to make sure everything was communicated and planned. We absolutely loved the venue and it worked perfectly for us - we had so many guests asking us where we found such a beautiful venue! Our planner, Aly was just superb, she left no stone un-turned and made some great suggestions. The food was absolutely superb - the quality was incredibly high and the team dealt with my dietary requirements and those of others incredibly well. Congratulations.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Bijou and Cain Manor for their help and excellent service. We had the most amazing day and everything went perfectly. From the moment we arrived at the venue until we left the following day, the level of service we received from every member of staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and this ensured that everything ran smoothly giving us the opportunity to relax and fully enjoy our special day. We lost count of the number of guests who commented on the venue and service, saying it was the best, most well organised wedding they'd attended. Special thanks to Dean and his co-worker who were both amazingly helpful and supportive on the day.
