We would like to take this opportunity to contact you regarding our excellent experience with planning, organising and holding our wedding at the Carlyon Bay Hotel and, especially, the assistance offered by Marta.

From the first visit to the hotel when we were making tentative enquiries we were blown away by the facilities and, of equal importance, the friendliness, professionalism and overall quality of each member of staff that we came into contact with. As soon as we sat down with Marta we were put at ease and made to feel extremely valued, with it being our first meeting with any venue we had lots of questions which were answered in detail with all options available to us explained in depth.
Throughout the organising of the wedding every question that we had for Marta was answered promptly, professionally and in great detail. If we needed to organise a meeting then we were always accommodated around varied and hectic work schedules and again, the welcome from every single one of your colleagues and, especially, Marta was fantastic.
On the weekend of our wedding we can only heap yet more praise on Marta and your colleagues. All of our guests commented on how smoothly the day ran, the professionalism of all members of staff, the attentiveness of Marta and also the facilities at the hotel.
Finally, on a personal note, we would like to say a massive thank you to Marta. As we have already stated, throughout the process of planning our wedding we were put at ease and made to feel as if our big day was the most important occasion that was happening. On the day of the wedding, unfortunately my father, who is 95, was quite unwell and so went to his room quite early. Just after the start of our reception he woke up in his room feeling very disorientated and confused but had the wherewithal to pick up the room phone. Thanks to your reception staff my mother was notified very quickly and was able to return to him. Throughout the evening Marta checked on my family, even taking them tea and some of the wedding cake, which goes above and beyond what we could expect.
I guess, all that is left to say is thank you to Marta and all of the colleagues the The Carlyon Bay for everything that they did for us, our families and our guests.
