Married to my Camera

David is AMAZING!!!! We were so lucky to have David as our photographer. He is incredibly talented; we absolutely love the photos he created for us – literally cannot stop looking at them. He captured the sheer joy and love at our wedding and created great memories for us to treasure. Everyone has complimented us on how lovely the photos are. He is a brilliant documentary photographer; we barely noticed him taking photos on the wedding day, which meant that he could take photos of us enjoying the day rather than us being set up for posing all day which was exactly what we wanted. And the group and portrait photos he did take were amazing too, didn’t feel uncomfortable, felt natural and they didn’t take too long so we really could just enjoy our wedding. Not only is his photography great but he is an absolutely lovely man too. From the very start David stood out to us with a personalised video message after we got in contact, which was very touching. He then also drove all the way to the venue (my parents farm) for an e-shoot which was so great of him to do. All in all, we could not recommend David enough and we are so thankful to him for doing such an amazing job at our wedding!

When planning our wedding, my husband and I were the most concerned about booking a fabulous photographer as, after it's all over, these were going to be the lasting remnants of the day. We were therefore anxiously awaiting the photos from David through. When they arrived, we were absolutely blown-away... the photos were stunning, expertly taken with every single one capturing a moment we will now never forget. The whole day has been captured, both the big moments and the small details, and it was every bit as beautiful as we remember. David took the time before the big day to tour the venue with us which settled our nerves that we wouldn't have many places to shoot if the weather was poor. He picked out some great spots that we then got to use on the day. David was a calming presence and worked well in the background with our videographer - in fact some of the photos were taken at time we didn't even realise David was present for! He was somehow there to capture anything important, and yet never in the way. He also managed to organise many group shots, including one with a rowdy crowd of 25!Thank you David, you have made our wedding picture dreams come true and we can't recommend you enough.
