Alan was our wedding photographer for our wedding at Rye Town Hall (and afterwards in The George Hotel). He was helpful and attentive from the get go, reassuring on the day, always available and perhaps most importantly provided us with a beautiful collection of photographs to remember our special day with. He was our first choice, and there were other photographers who perhaps were at a slightly lower cost but the quality of service and product did not seem anywhere close to that Alan offered. We used Alan for our Wedding in Sept. He totally understood the type of photos we wanted for the day and asked for a list of specific photos that we definitely wanted. He answered all our questions without making us feel we were being a nuisance. Our guests mentioned they didn't notice Alan taking pictures during the day which meant we got 'real-life' photos. Alan is professional and brings humour to what could have been a stressful part of our day.

Ok, I don't know where to start. Alan Harbord is just one of the nicest people you will ever meet and his work is outstanding and more than that, he captures emotion and freezes those perfect moments forever in way that I've not seen before. Our wedding day didn't go quite to plan and we ended up missing all of the group and family shots as I, the bride became very unwell. While we were away on our honeymoon, Mr Harbord went above and beyond and arranged a second shoot for us and our families so that we could complete our wedding album. I don't know if Alan will ever truly know how much that meant to us but it meant everything. We cried when we found out what he had done. Every single photo he took was beautiful and perfect. He's one of those rare people in this world who make you feel instantly at ease and comfortable. His assistant Heidi is just a delight, and Helen his wife is a such a wonderful lady. As a team, they are fantastic and we genuinely can not recommend him more and it's definitely worth going for the best package. We were not disappointed in any way. We will never use another photographer again and am so happy we chose Alan Harbord. He has done us immensely proud and we love, love, LOVE our photos. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Considering a Wedding photographer is a very important part of the process when you're about to tie the knot; the choices you make you have to live with. We visited several photographers, but the quality of Alan's work stood out head and shoulders above the others we had seen. I was surprised when I found out that there would be an extra photographer on the day and that meant that not only were my moments before the wedding captured, so were my husbands moments as well. They also stayed very late in the day so the pictures showed the whole scope of the day from beginning to end.
