The entire experience, from being introduced to Amy Frank (the wonderful wedding planner) through all the planning, accommodation and our wedding day itself were all absolutely 1st class. Amy and her team are extremely attentive and do genuinely care about the service they provide. It’s over 2 months since our wedding and we are still in regular contact with Amy as we reminisce about how perfectly our day went. It exceeded all our expectations. We will probably never know the full extent of all the strings Amy pulled to smooth out the day, and that’s probably the biggest compliment we could give.
We first met Amy when we were making the decision about where to hold our wedding and we were immediately taken in by her infectious enthusiasm - it never wavered. We had fun at every meeting and it really did make planning the wedding an enjoyable experience. Amy always offered up ideas about what we could do and making the most of the venue - like arranging for us to have photographs at the top of Coq D’Argent. Suppliers who she recommended as part of the planning, such as flowers, make-up, all complimented the day.
It didn’t feel stressful as we’d imagined it might be and part of the calming influence was Amy’s attention to detail - we always knew where we stood and costs were always kept in mind, spending money where it really made a difference. For example the selection of flowers, we knew exactly what the hotel would already have installed for flowers, so all we had to do was supplement as we wished.
The weekend itself went like clockwork. After an initial discussion to check we were ok, she was in regular contact and we never worried about a thing. When we arrived at the hotel after our ceremony, she took us to one side and used her experience to give us 5-10 minutes of time to ourselves. It was just what we needed.
Throughout the day Amy was on hand, again showing her experience to answers any questions and resolve those little guest issues that inevitably crop up with a balance of humour and discretion.
Thank you for making our day; it really did live up to and exceed the expectations you set when we first met, and we look forward to seeing your new venture flourish.

The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish, everyone loved it and all of our guests were raving about the food. I wouldn’t change anything (other than having more than an hours sleep the night before and feeling my best for the big day!!) and we are eternally grateful to you.
I’m feeling really sad today as Tim is back at work and it’s all over. Back to reality. Sending so much love and thanks to you. You really do rock and I miss you already.

Hope you’re doing well and had a restful weekend after Saturday; we certainly put you through your paces - thanks for bearing with us and helping us create a fabulous party.
Firstly, want to say how amazing all the staff were on the day, guests were made to feel welcome and were never once left waiting for their drinks to be topped up, amazing attentive service. Also, an obvious and special thanks to you - lots of your creative flair could be seen across the different rooms which all looked wonderful (special shout out for the balloon cloud - was not expecting that!) and above all, thanks for your patience and flexibility; there was times on the day where we went a little bit off-plan and you dealt with them moments incredibly well. It was such an amazing day... and that’s because you and your team were fantastic... we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everyone said it’s was the best food ever and best wedding they had been too. Andy and I are just over the moon about the whole day and we’ll treasure it forever.
We’re off on familymoon tomorrow so when we get back I’ll be in touch again I’m sure as I would love to take you out for celebratory drink as a huge thank you.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all the staff involved for giving us the most perfect wedding day.
It was AMAZING!! From start to finish you were fantastic, making sure that every part of the day was thought out, planned and managed. As a person, your warmth and personality made the planning such a fun and effortless process. You were incredibly accommodating also, in particular arranging for us to have a second tasting of the starters when we were unsure after our first tasting, and moving the rooms around to make sure we could use Peel for our photo booth after we discovered it was larger than expected.
You completely took the pressure off us on the day by ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
It was really the most perfect day, and the most perfect venue! Thank you for truly giving us a day to remember.
