Really pretty and stylish – we’re so pleased with how they look and at such a reasonable price too. From the point of ordering to actually receiving the invitations in the post, it took about 3 or 4 days. Super quick turnaround and communication with Sylvia was second to none. Terrible. I can’t stress more… avoid!!! Silva was very rude, in fact asking me to check her name to confirm that English is not her first language after she made a lot of grammatical mistakes on my draft. Refused to refund me the money I paid even after I pointed out there was no policy that states I am not allowed a full refund if I don’t like the drafts. Full payment up front should of been a warning enough but silly me for trusting people. If you want to write your own invites, for this ‘company’ to copy and paste it on to a template then yes your in the right place. I’d recommend vista print for that. Everything I had listed of details was literally all that was put on the drafts, no nice words of the expected ‘request the pleasure of your company….’ Etc. just ‘ceremony 1pm’ when questioned it was then told to be my fault it was plain as I only have 1 venue. Shocked to say the least
