We like to think that we are very flexible in both our menus and the way we approach things. Our thinking is that the bride and groom should have exactly what they want, served how they want it and when they want it. We like this approach and we encourage our clients to embrace the thoughts behind it.
We have a large number of loyal, good and efficient staff of long standing who know that we like to see them enjoy their work and interact with your guests in a polite and smiling manner.
Our food is very varied and we'll happily put together a bespoke menu for you without charging silly prices. It's no more difficult for us to do a superb sirloin of beef than it is to offer crusted fillet of sea bass on a bed of pesto gnocchi and our prices only reflect the cost of producing the dish. We never charge extra just because it's 'different'!
Similarly, we can cook on open wood fired bbqs, traditional ovens, giant paella - type pans or gas grills and hobs. If the venue has no kitchen we will simple take one with us together with all of the crockery and cutlery etc that might be required. And - it's all included in the price!

Plus, we have our own fantastic traditional bars available at no cost if booked together with our catering.
If booked on their own we only ask for £75.00 - including staff!
