Fresh Food Events were a complete pleasure to work with. Graham and Lesley made planning our big day so much easier, with excellent communication and a visit to help us get our heads straight. We can not recommend them enough. They went well beyond what we thought they would, and worked excellently with the venue we hired. I think all parties would agree that things went off without a hitch, and our guests have all said that the food was lovely. Fresh Food took all the stress out of sorting out a vital component of our wedding festivities, and a vegetarian paella was a fantastic suggestion to accommodate our assorted dietary requirements. You really put our minds at rest throughout the process and we were confident you would exceed our expectations. Your love of food and knowledge of the dining experience helped inform and shape our wedding menu - the sharing platters went down a treat and gave our guests a chance to get to know each other over the food. From our very first meeting you took the time to get to know us as a couple and really understand what it was we were after. Throughout the planning process you were so flexible, approachable and offered us support and advice beyond our catering needs. We were also grateful to get a tasting session prior to our wedding allowing us the opportunity to work alongside you to create a bespoke menu. On the day itself the service was seamless, professional and we did not have to worry about a thing. We would be only too happy to work with you again in the future and recommend you highly.

We just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to thank you for all your hard work at our wedding. All our guests commented that the food was brilliant, one kid absolutely refused to stop eating his dessert even though he was too full to continue and had to be forcefully separated from it by his dad! We also had a lot of comments about the quality and speed of service which were exceptional.
Not only that, but throughout the entire booking process you were both great, we felt like we could just trust you to do the right thing at every turn. With a hundred other things to plan that was very reassuring and really took the weight off! We’ll definitely be recommending you to everybody.

Lesley and Graham recently provided the catering for our Wedding day. I can honestly say that they really helped make our big day even more special. The service we received was second to none. Everyone we dealt with was always happy to help and willing to give their expert advice where needed, to help the day along.
Both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet were of an incredible standard, coupled with the small touches like napkins that matched our colour scheme, a second dessert for the groom and taming the fussy best man.
The high quality food and the care shown to us as the client made this an unforgettable day.

In short they'll sell you the dream then not deliver and stop replying to all emails etc.
We paid alot of money (ALOT) to them and the proudly provided the absolute bare minimum,
- We asked for and were promised gluten free options as a few of our guests have celiac disease, they were never delivered, then we were given stinking attitude from the owner saying we should have asked (apparently it was hidden in the kitchen for some reason)
When we told them we did he stopped replying to emails,
- Nothing was labelled, not even the allergen related stuff, when we raised we were told by the owner legally they didn't have to label anything,
So your guests will just have to play Russian roulette with they're allergies according to this company,
-Staff didn't know which food was allergen safe and which wasn't, again your guests will be left to guess, I hope for they're sake they don't get it wrong,
- We paid for a tasting, the burgers served were amazing, come the wedding day we had cheap frozen burgers in crap buns,
When asked about this the owner admitted they were not the same (so admitted to ripping us off) but offered no explanation or apology, then stopped responding to emails,
(The same thing done with naan breads)
- Crisp rolls were served with a blob of butter on the bottom that's it (how can you muck up a buttered roll),
- Our £450 cake was left uncovered and under a leak so it got wet and ruined (only discovered this when staff had gone home early), when we asked about this apparently staff at our venue were eating our cake (we don't believe this) and fresh foods staff didn't see fit to tell us,
- Stopped responding to emails even when asked to refund our £100 REFUNDABLE deposit, so you may aswell add that to whatever you pay them as your won't see it again,
They have a clause in they're contract that says if you don't spend your wedding day watching them like a hawk and complain about every little thing there and then they will dismiss any complaints,
They will claim they have photos to prove they did nothing wrong, but will stop answering your when you ask to see them,
If you dare to complain the owner will respond with a fowl attitude and legal bullying, then will stop answering emails when called out on it,
And you'll get all this and much much more besides for the low low price of £4000 bloody pound !
Over all once they've got your money you are forgotten and they will provide the absolute bare minimum on the day.
Graham (owner) will be your best mate, nicest guy ever, until he's got your money and cocked up your wedding,
Then he turns very nasty very quickly, legal bullying, foul attitude, not even an apology etc,
and he loves to quote legal bare minimum standards at you after he promised you 5 star service and took the money for it

Would hate to see someone else get caught out by this dodgy firm,
