Olivia has planned and run hundreds of weddings, working in locations from the lush green of the Cotswolds, to buzzing Bristol and beyond. No wedding is the same, and our one-to-one planning and design process is totally bespoke to you. Thank you so much for all your hard work at our wedding! To say you exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The run up to the wedding was so hectic and quite stressful and it was very difficult for me to actually stop doing things at the house on Friday night and pass things over to someone else but everything you did was amazing and I was so pleased with how it all looked. We had the most incredible day and if we hadn't had an on the day planner the day wouldn't have been as enjoyable for me or my family as we would have had so much more to do and worry about. My cousin is getting married at his Mum's house next year and they hadn't considered having one but now they are.
You were a pleasure to have there on the day and everything I asked you to do you just got on with and never looked flustered. Olivia played a huge role in our Big Day and ensured that everything went perfectly and just how we wanted it! She was involved right from the beginning of the planning stage which meant we could focus on imagining what day we wanted whilst Olivia made it happen: sourcing and liaising with suppliers, managing our budget and always keeping us up to date with everything. And on the day itself Olivia was on hand to make sure everything was just right and exactly as we dreamt: we could relax, really enjoy ourselves and have the day of our lives to remember! Where do I begin? The first time I spoke with Olivia, she said "I live for customer service". For me it was a "You had me at hello" moment. Having worked in customer service for 8 years, my expectations as a customer are irrationally high. It's rare that my expectations are met, let alone exceeded. Olivia has completely elevated what I consider exceptional customer service. To locating the perfect suppliers to simply caring about our day, Olivia fulfilled our wishes beautifully. Olivia was truly the reason that our wedding day came together so perfectly. I hadn't appreciated quite how many parts need to come together for a wedding to work, and Olivia just has this air about her that she has everything under control, and she truly does! Enlisting Olivia's help was simply the BEST decision we made, she is so friendly, enthusiastic and organised, I knew from our first meeting that she would take so much of the stress away in the run up to our wedding, and she did.

Olivia pulled all our ideas together, provided indispensable professional industry advice on all different aspects of the day and made our vision reality. I also have to mention that Olivia was so quick to respond to emails, she was always there to help with even the smallest of our worries. Olivia worked tirelessly on the set up for our day produce the most beautiful wedding. On the day she executed it all with absolute perfection, the day ran like clockwork, everything looked beautiful and Olivia is genuinely the reason that my husband and I, and particularly my mum (!), were able to just relax and enjoy the day without a second thought. Olivia was absolutely superb! My wedding would not have gone ahead without her. My husband and I work long hours and planning a wedding was becoming a nightmare. Olivia worked much longer hours than she was paid to, brought in her suppliers who standards were also exceptional. I would recommend Olivia to friends in a heart beat. Olivia also managed to change my mothers negative opinion on wedding planners because of her professionalism leading up to the day and throughout.

Olivia was available night and day and regularly sent us ideas when we were stuck on certain things. Olivia prioritised getting to know and fully understand who Rob and I were and how we worked before we moved forward which proved invaluable.

We booked Olivia because of her impressive website and she had won an award for being a superb wedding planner.

Once we met Olivia it was a done deal. Instantly relaxed us, no mountain too big to climb, incredibly accommodating regarding price and service but most importantly we could tell she LOVES her job which meant she would do a brilliant job for us no matter what.

Olivia worked with us for over 18 months to create our wedding. The hard work paid off and the day was perfect. From helping us find the best suppliers and making sure everything was organised in the run up to the wedding to organising everything on the day Olivia was worth her weight in gold.

The best part for me was handing my phone over to Olivia at 9am on my wedding day. From that point onwards I didn't worry about last-minute problems or running the day. I knew that Olivia had everything in hand. The day ran perfectly.

Olivia was also excellent with last-minute hiccups. Two guests who we thought couldn't make it turned up on the day 60 minutes before the wedding breakfast was due to be served. Olivia made space for them, organised for them to get the full meal and even rustled up extra name cards. The guests themselves said they couldn't tell they were last minute additions!
